Hello there!
I’m Wendy Weller.
Real-life strategy to reach your goals.
I’m the founder of House of Paint and Design Co. and I’m dedicated to beautifying the St. Louis area. My career has been a winding road, leading me through roles as diverse as managing some of St. Louis’s top clubs to working in domestic law. But eventually, I circled back to my first love: painting and design. It’s where my journey began and where I’ve found my true calling.
However, one thing has remained constant is my love for family. Being a mom to two amazing kids is my driving force, pushing me to excel in everything I do.

My Path to Paint and Design
Real-life strategy to reach your goals.
You know how some people just know what they’re meant to do? That was me with painting and design. No matter where I lived—be it an apartment or home—I always found a way to make it uniquely mine. And it wasn’t long before I started doing the same for my family and friends.
That passion turned into a profession when I founded House of Paint and Design Co., starting with furniture refinishing and gradually mastering everything from painting to wallpapering and lime washing.

What Drives Us: You
Real-life strategy to reach your goals.
I built this company from the ground up, and I’m proud of how far we’ve come. We now have a dedicated residential paint team (look for our white van!) and a specialty paint team (that’s the black van!). But it’s not just about the paint; it’s about the people. I understand the challenges of being a single parent, and I strive to create a supportive work environment for my team.
Building a personal connection with my clients is also crucial to me. I love what I do, and I want you to love it too. That’s why I invest in top-of-the-line equipment and take the time to prep your space carefully. If you’re not satisfied, neither am I!
So, if you’re looking for someone who brings not just skill but also heart to every project, you’re in the right place. Let’s create something beautiful together!
